AUA has submitted a planning application for a mixed-use scheme in Fulham. The proposal retains the existing retail units and creates a new build residential scheme, consisting of 8No. units, over the top of the existing building. The residential fenestration design, will in part, aim to proportionally respond to neighbouring properties whilst functionally responding to the rooms they serve.

AUA's Hindes Road scheme received committee approval, by unanimous decision, in Harrow last night. The site is located in a prominent position within Harrow and Wealdstone Intensification Area & Town Centre. The proposals include demolition & redevelopment to provide a part three, four and five-story building comprising a commercial unit on the ground floor (Class E), 18No. flats and 4No. terraced houses with associated landscaping and play area.
Start on Site - Avenue Road
AUA has started on site with a new family home in St Johns Wood. The project retains the Neo-classical facade, as designed by architect Lionel Sturgess, with then a full refurbishment, rear extensions and a new single storey basement with swimming pool and spa facilities added to the property.
