Start on Site – D1 House
D1 House, a new family home designed on behalf of developer D Homes Ltd, has started on site in Fulham.
The contemporary but compact 1,470 sqft home has been designed to be fully open plan within the living areas and accommodates a generous master bedroom suite.
The development is the initial home to start on site with D Homes and is due for completion in Spring 2020.
Completion – Fulham Penthouse
The new extension adds an additional storey to an existing top floor flat, above commercial premises, at 526-528 Fulham Road.
The extended mansard slope to the additional storey continues the rhythm of the existing elevations to the property and the design for the new extension picks up on existing features and matches the materials of the building.
Planning Consent – Cobham House bR
Elmbridge Council has granted consent for the remodeling and extension to an existing single dwelling house in Cobham, Surrey.
AUA’s design proposal seeks to provide a modern living environment by creating a contemporary ground floor extension which extends into the rear garden to provide open plan entertaining space to this family home.
The scheme also includes full re-modelling of the interior, loft conversion and restoration to the front elevation of the property.
Appeal Win – Barnes High Street
Consent has been granted for the development of a new build townhouse to the rear of Barnes High Street. The project regenerates an under utilised brownfield plot of land and has been designed to be sympathetic to the surrounding buildings and Conservation Area.
Consent was granted through appeal where the Planning Inspectorate noted that the design would be of a high quality modern appearance which would contrast but not compete with the important buildings in the Conservation Area.
