Munster House Apartments
London
Munster House seeks a change of use from a language school to private residential units covering 2 floors over a restaurant and public house.
Seven apartments are created within the existing building envelope together with an additional modern penthouse extension to the roof. The colour palette and materials chosen are reflective of the new residential use and this carefully considered design rational runs through to the interior, where after a full detailed building survey, the flat layouts respond to and work with the existing primary structural elements.
