Planning Sub – North End Road, Fulham
AUA has submitted a planning application for a mixed-use scheme in Fulham. The proposal retains the existing retail units and creates a new build residential scheme, consisting of 8No. units, over the top of the existing building. The residential fenestration design, will in part, aim to proportionally respond to neighbouring properties whilst functionally responding to the rooms they serve.
Committee Approval – Hindes Road, Harrow
AUA’s Hindes Road scheme received committee approval, by unanimous decision, in Harrow last night. The site is located in a prominent position within Harrow and Wealdstone Intensification Area and Town Centre. The proposals include demolition and redevelopment to provide a part three, four and five-story building comprising a commercial unit on the ground floor (Class E), 18No. flats and 4No. terraced houses with associated landscaping and play area.

New build house completed in Esher
The concept of this house from inception was in drawing natural light from the brighter and warmer southern front elevation through to the more shaded spaces to the rear, where the resultant has been two very different elevational design treatments.
Start on Site – Munster House
Construction works to the transformation of Munster House has commenced on site. The project, located on Fulham Road, is a change of use from a language school to private residential units covering 2 floors over a restaurant and public house. Seven apartments are created within the existing building envelope together with an additional modern penthouse extension to the roof.
Completion – Fulham Penthouse
The new extension adds an additional storey to an existing top floor flat, above commercial premises, at 526-528 Fulham Road.
The extended mansard slope to the additional storey continues the rhythm of the existing elevations to the property and the design for the new extension picks up on existing features and matches the materials of the building.
Immersive Interior 3D Models
AUA has the ability to create in-house interactive 3D models which provide the ability for clients to experience immersive interiors.
These models allow clients to experience the interior design of spaces during the early concept stages as well as marketing.
Completion – Couture House, Kensington
The Couture House, designed by AUA, nears completion. The project modifies an existing end of terrace house in Kensington by converting the previous garage into a simple & modern side extension over 3 floors. A frameless glass corner window reflects the double height interior space of the entrance and a recessed vertical column of glazing addresses the change of material on the side elevation.

Planning Consent – WBR Apartments
The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham has granted consent for the creation of 5No. new residential apartments on Wandsworth Bridge Road. This scheme forms part of an overall redevelopment and regeneration to a parade of terraces to create a total of 8 No. new apartments together with new ground floor retail units.
The main alterations to the property are to the rear of the building through the creation of new basement accommodation, glass lightwells, above ground extensions and loft conversions. The front of the property will be restored and refurbished back to its original vernacular to respect the protected parade within Studdridge Street Conservation Area.
