Sangora Road is the change of use and conversion of a single-dwelling terraced house into 3No. Apartments.
Alterations including the erection of a mansard roof extension to the main rear roof (with French doors and safety railings) including the formation of a roof terrace above four-storey back addition with 1.2m high screen surround and the erection of single-storey rear/ side extension.
The existing basement was also excavated and this project was also featured on Homes under the Hammer which documented the whole design and build process.
The conversion of the property creates a mix of units consisting of 1No.1 bed flat, 1No.2 bed flat and 1No.3 bed flat and is designed in collaboration with developer D Homes Ltd.
