The design of this 70 bed hotel site within a site that forms part of a wider allocation for new development in the North Cornwall Local Plan. The overall scale and appearance of the building has been generated through an iterative process of analysis, development and consultation to promote a considered development. The design relates to the existing urban fringe of the local town and enhances biodiversity combined with the existing vegetation.
